Established in 1973 by Tom and Gail Bansak, Toga Associates specializes British Empire stamps from 1840 to 1970. Our primary interest is focused on this exciting area, though we do carry other inventory. We have been trusted members of the American Stamp Dealers Association since 1980, the American Philatelic Society for over thirty years, as well as many other philatelic associations.
